WPT Turks and Caicos

1. Players must meet the age requirements of the WPT Host Casino. Players Club, Club Med Turquoise requires all WPT main event players to be a minimum 18 years of age. Proof of age will be required with a valid piece of photo ID.
2. Employees and immediate family members of employees of PlayersOnly.com Poker, it’s associated companies, affiliates, advertising and promotional agencies are not eligible to take part in the Promotion.
3. PlayersOnly.com Poker reserves the right to ask for proof of age from any customer and customer accounts may be suspended until satisfactory proof of age is provided.
4. By downloading the software and registering an account, a customer is deemed to have fully accepted and understood all rules, terms and conditions published by the Sportsbook.com Poker of websites.
5. PlayersOnly.com Poker does not accept liability for any WPT Satellite on the PlayersOnly.com Poker site not taking place, being postponed or delayed for circumstances beyond their control.
6. PlayersOnly.com Poker reserves the right to alter, modify or terminate the Promotion and/or these Terms at any time, without notice (written or verbal) where it is reasonable to do so or for reasons beyond the Promoter's control. The Promoter does not accept any responsibility or liability for any late or undelivered entries or registrations, notifications or communications or for any form of technical failure, error, malfunction or difficultly or for any other event beyond its reasonable control that may cause the operation of the Promotion to be disrupted, unavailable or incorrect.
7. Players are responsible for their own travel arrangements to and from Club Med Turquoise.
8. PlayersOnly.com Poker is responsible for player’s registration in the WPT Turks & Caicos Poker Classic main event ($7700) September 25 to 30th, 2007.
9. Prize Package winners will receive seven nights accommodation at Club Med Turquoise, arriving Monday, September 24th to Monday, October 1st. Check in/out dates are non negotiable.
10. Club Med Turquoise seven nights accommodation package is valued at $2500 USD. No cash value will be offered for unused dates or no shows. Club Med stay includes e meals and alcohol consumption at the discretion of Club Med.
11. PlayersOnly.com Poker will hold a reservation for the winning player plus one guest under the name listed on the PlayersOnly.com Poker’s players account at the time of their win.
12. PlayersOnly.com Poker agrees to pay $1800 cash to the winner’s Real Money Account Balance upon completion of the online tournament win.
13. Players competing in the WPT Turks & Caicos $7700 main event agree to wear at least one visible piece of PlayersOnly.com Poker logo gear during all time spent at a WPT poker table, where permitted by the host casino and World Poker Tour. PlayersOnly.com Poker will supply logo gear to player.
14. One WPT Prize Package on the PlayersOnly.com Poker per player will be permitted. Players winning multiple prize packages will have the ability to transfer one $12K WPT Prize Package to another player on the PlayersOnly.com Poker Network host site or transfer the value of the prize package to an upcoming WPT main event that Sportsbook.com Poker is attending.
15. As a World Poker Tour player, winners agree to the following WPT Guidelines & Regulations:
• Grant of Rights: The Player acknowledges that PlayersOnly.com Poker and its successors, assigns and licensees will be photographing and exploiting films and/or television specials or other audiovisual works of and/or about the WPT (jointly and severally the “Programs”). The Player consents to such filming and exploitation of the Programs, and hereby irrevocably grants to PlayersOnly.com Poker the right to film, record, edit, reproduce and otherwise use Player's name, PlayersOnly.com Poker Player ID, likeness, biographical information, appearance, actions, conversations (including, without limitation, "behind the scenes" footage and filmed interviews with Player) and/or voice (the “Recordings”) in, and in connection with, the Programs and in connection with the advertising, publicizing, exhibition and exploitation thereof and of other audio-visual works and any and all derivative, subsidiary and/or ancillary uses related thereto, in whole or in part, by any and all means, media, devices, processes and technology now or hereafter known or devised in perpetuity throughout the universe.
• Release of Rights: The Player agrees that they will make no claim of any kind against PlayersOnlycom Poker as a result of any of the uses described above, and irrevocably and unconditionally waives and releases PlayersOnly.com Poker and its invitees, participants, from all claims arising out of such use, including, without limitation, any claims for invasion of privacy, infringement of Player's right of publicity, defamation (including libel and slander) and any other personal and/or property rights. The Player hereby confirms that Player has the authority to grant to PlayersOnly.com Poker the right to use the Recordings and that PlayersOnly.com Poker’s exercise of such rights shall not violate or infringe any rights of any third party. The Player understands that PlayersOnly.com Poker has been induced to proceed with the production, distribution and exploitation of the Programs in reliance upon this agreement.
• Non-transferability: WPT prize packages are non-transferable: Qualifiers cannot sell, transfer, or award their WPT seat to anybody else. The ID of the finalist will be checked against your PlayersOnly.com Poker account details and proof of age, identity and address will be required.
• Ability to travel: All final table qualifiers will be required to hold a valid passport.
• The WPT Turks & Caicos Poker Classic main event will be played live in September 2007. Qualifiers unable to attend the final table will be posted and folded until their chips are gone and their final position and any prize money determined. There is a limit of one WPT Seat per player and all players must be of the legal age of majority as determined by the laws of the country in which they reside.
16. Management's decision is final.
